I do not think this suggestion will work because you need the qualified and interested people not those who are being handed responsibilty they are not worth having or even want to carry. I think your suggestion shifts the problem to another instead of dealing with it. they (the club heads) have a problem with the way the site is presented. the forum is a space for back stage discussions about what is going on. whoever comes to manage this, they will fail unless you hide the truth and speak in general.
the problem is with the mentality which does not accept the others who ever they are to say what they want to say without causing damages. even the metaphoric hints are no longer tolerated. the exit out of this is to carry on with or without having "formal" on the top banner. at the end of the day there is no diffrence as the site does not offer any paid or profitable services. simply you can cancel the site and leave the forum and call it "the club Lovers' paradise"... would any body protest? look at what is written in Kooora...do they really care or read? let them (whoever they are) have "the offical site" would that make any differnce? it will cost them money and they gain nothing unless they can provide services like selling e-tickets or having e-shops which is like dreaming of water on Mars.
